For the most part, yeah. We made it out with no casualties, and our worlds are safe from them. The god's dead.... and some of those followers are too. We're all safe and together. So it's a lot better than it could have been.

I feel similarly. We accomplished the main goal, and that's what I wanted most.

[ to take down the baby god, to revert their timelines, to keep everyone safe. she'd like to stop the cult even more permanently somehow, but these are still pretty good results. ]

My home planet is due for a lot of change, and I want it to seek something new instead of going back to what it used to be.

It needs to change.

I think I get it. Is it the old fossils in charge who want things to stay the same?

Something like that, yes. The older leadership do want a return to some of the old ways.

It's not quite that extreme. I want a new direction in the path, not a whole new path.
